We published 'Another Point of View' in 2013, after Kiri won our National Poetry Day competition that year. Kiri's natural talent and passion for poetry is palpable throughout her work. Another Point of View explores an extensive range of topics including Kiri's own travels to India and the 2010 Haitian earthquake whilst also tackling issues involving complicated emotions. Interspersed with these poems are Kiri's own touching interpretations of her pieces, providing context and giving her poetry a personal touch.
Kiri gray
Creative since childhood, Kiri Gray expressed herself through singing, short stories, and poetry. Her lifelong passion for writing continued as she studied Journalism at Sunderland University. A later move to London developed her love of the cities ever-growing poetry scene. Another Point of View is a testament to Kiri's natural flair for words, and has gathered recognition in the media, including a feature in the Sunderland Echo (2013).
